What we receive
When you submit the contact form on fjeldmann.dk, you send us:
- Your name
- Your e-mail address
- The message you write
FormSubmit as data processor
Form submissions are handled by FormSubmit, a third-party service that receives the form data and forwards it as an e-mail to our inbox at contact@fjeldmann.dk.
FormSubmit states that it does not collect personally identifiable information beyond what’s needed to deliver the service, and that we — as the recipient — remain the rightful owner of the information you send through the form. FormSubmit may use cookies as part of delivering the service and for security. You can read their full privacy policy for the details.
How we use your message
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and for any follow-up conversation. We don’t share your data with third parties, and we don’t use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages are retained in our e-mail for as long as the conversation is relevant — typically no longer than 24 months. After that we delete them, unless we’re required to keep them for accounting or contractual reasons.
Cookies
fjeldmann.dk does not use cookies for analytics, marketing, or tracking. We collect no information about your activity on the site, which is why you don’t see a cookie banner.
If you submit the contact form, FormSubmit may set strictly necessary cookies as part of its captcha and security checks. These cookies are used only to filter spam and protect the service. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for details.
You can clear cookies at any time through your browser. Doing so won’t affect your ability to contact us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data — and to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe we’re handling something incorrectly.
